With over 10 years of experience in office management roles, Lou’s loyalty and high attention to detail enables her to ensure things always run smoothly at Cygnet. 

Lou’s honest and genuine attitude has resulted in her forming strong relationships with her colleagues and clients, where she loves to anticipate her colleagues' needs with a proactive approach and of course, a touch of humour! 

In her spare time, Lou can be found on the cricket or hockey field, spending time with her dog MacDuff or challenging herself to a hike.
